MUDDLED BEYOND RECOGNITION
Someone said that when I was found, blackbirds were pecking out my eyes.
Preposterous. In my mind’s eye, the view was spectacular.
She entered the room with a cheerful salutation bringing with her the sweet scent of
lilac on her person and the pungent smell of rich coffee on her breath. As was her custom,

It was bad enough growing up with the last name Leonard Schnozz had, but even worse was the fact he had a huge nose. It was wide and was splayed al a Babe Ruth, a bone and gristle penthouse. The ridicule he absorbed in his youth created the timid, gentle nature he carried into adulthood.
