I fell and hurt myself today and am sad because Grandpa was sick and couldn’t come to visit me today. Mommy, please hold me.

I started thinking about the abandoned and the homeless and how their lives must be devoid of corporeal contact. I thought about the human condition and how we crave contact with others and how those embraces nourish us. My new story addresses this.

“Lord, I am not worthy to have you come under my roof. But just speak the word, and my servant will be healed.” Matthew 8:8

In addition to writing, I am an avid reader and a movie buff. While novels and films offer instant gratification, the content, more often than not, leaves a stain on my soul. My writing will buck that trend and propagate the Word of God.
